No images are stored. They are discarded after processing and never linked to users.
When using the voice counting feature, CellCounter accesses your device's microphone only during the voice command. The speech is processed locally using Android's built-in SpeechRecognizer. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted. All voice recognition is handled on the device.
We do not share personal data with third parties. Only anonymized statistics may be used for analytics or advertiser metrics.
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent. If declined, the app will close and no ads will be shown.
In addition to Google's consent platform, CellCounter uses an internal mechanism to detect your general region (country, state, city) based on your IP address. This is solely for the purpose of displaying region-based direct partner ads.
This IP detection does not involve any user tracking or personal data storage. The system does not use cookies, identifiers, or profiling. Consent to this minimal data use is requested when the app starts. If declined, these direct ads will not be shown.
We follow security best practices. No personal data is stored.
